Briarhush is a studio for brands, characters and stories. This page records the information currently confirmed in the app and avoids promising terms that have not been approved.

What is confirmed

Public forms may collect the details needed to respond to an enquiry, waitlist signup, project brief, licensing request, or future keepsake intake. Optional analytics should only load after a visitor chooses to allow them.

What still needs approval

Retention periods, legal bases, children’s privacy wording, cookie scope, deletion timelines, commercial ownership, exclusivity, territory, delivery promises, and payment readiness all require owner/legal decisions before publication as binding terms.
